Refund policy
At The Rare Fox, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened or used.
Returns are accepted only if:
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during transit
Product missing or leakage issue
Conditions:
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Unboxing video is mandatory for any return/refund request
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Refunds:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
